We are excited to announce that the Utah Department of Agriculture and Food (UDAF), Division of Laboratory Services, has selected the CoreOne for Labs product as their new laboratory information management system (LIMS). Built on a modern cloud-based software architecture, CoreOne for Labs offers a step-change in speed of operation and flexibility for customers. UDAF Laboratories include those for Dairy Testing, Feed and Fertilizer Testing, Meat Testing, and Pesticide Testing. The activities of these laboratories are critical in supporting the varied and significant agriculture industries in Utah. The extensive configurability, speed, and efficiency of the CoreOne for Labs LIMS will support the many different types of testing needs of the UDAF lab.

Commenting on the award, Trace First’s Business Manager for CoreOne for Labs, Tammy Leimer said, “we were delighted to be awarded this contract and to have come out so far ahead in the RFP review process.”

UDAF’s Director of Laboratory Services, Dr. Forsyth commented, “We are excited to work with Trace First to implement CoreOne for Labs in our laboratories. The modern cloud-based architecture of the platform was a critical factor in our selection process, and we feel that it will serve the department well, far into the future.”
